Hi, I’m Julia, a Health Coach offering a gentle, holistic approach to grief and stress. Personal loss has been part of my life since a young age, giving me a deep understanding of grief in all its forms. I’ve learnt that healing doesn’t always come from traditional therapy and it’s not for everyone. Sometimes, small steps, mindset shifts, and compassionate support can make all the difference.

My mission is to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more hopeful, at your own pace. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle choices to support your healing journey.

I’m passionate about dogs, nature, mindful movement, and nutritious eating. These simple joys have played a vital role in my own healing. I’m here to guide you in discovering what works best for you through personalised coaching that meets your unique needs.
